There's a particular brand of cute that is very popular in certain quarters. If you like it, you'll want to "cutify" everything possible, and your photos are no exception. If you like to take the kawaii to the max, try adding the AlbumMe touch to your snaps.
AlbumMe is an extremely cute photo slideshow editing tool. It is also very easy to use, making especially suitable for children or cute-loving older people who are not too confident with digital retouching.
Once you open AlbumMe, chose New and import your photos. You'll then have the opportunity to make a few basic changes, such as centering the photo, cropping it or fiddling with the contrast and colors. Once you are happy with the raw material, use the tabs along the bottom to move through the AlbumMe steps. The first one, template, is where you will add a background to the show, choosing from over 28 preset templates and more from the website. This is also where you add music, if you want it, but bear in mind that AlbumMe will play the sound effects you add later over any music you have chosen, which can end up sounding a bit strange.
The next stop in the AlbumMe process is Decorate, where you can add an eye-watering array of sounds, images, animations and transition effects to your photos. It would take a heart of stone to deny that the little butterflies, frogs and flowers aren't adorable, but everyone may not appreciate them decorating their photos of Bat Mitzvahs and work events, for example. The final step is to Publish your creation, either saving it in HTML, EXE, or SWF format, installing it as a screensaver, sending it by email or sharing it online via AlbumMe's private servers.
There aren't many configuration options for AlbumMe, but then again, it's not a very complicated program. You can choose the quality ratio and default size of templates, as well as previewing your slideshow before deciding what to do with it. I doubt this will really bother the prospective user, who I presume will be more interested in AlbumMe's many and varied cute effects than its technical specifications.
